Returns & Replacements
Because each item is made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Customer address errors
- Carrier delays
If There’s a Problem
We’ll replace your item for free if:
- It arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The print has an error not caused by wear or washing
To qualify:
- Email support@lahutay.com within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the issue (item + packaging)
- Item must be unused and unwashed
Refunds may only be offered when a replacement cannot be produced.
Premium Garment Care
- Cold wash (30°C) on gentle cycle
- Never use bleach
- Tumble dry on low heat only
- Iron inside-out on low heat (never iron the print)
- Do not dry clean — chemicals damage the artwork
